Hello All,
I have configured OpenSAF 4.6 on two virtual machines (VMs) run Fedora 17 OS as
CLM nodes with TCP as the communication protocol of the cluster. I have
configured one SG with 2N redundancy model (2 SUs) to protect my SA-aware
application.
The problem I am facing, when I kill the VM process ID which hosts the standby
SU, the OpenSAF does not detect the failure of the CLM node (i.e. the VM).
Note that, when I kill the process ID of the component which has the standby
assignment, OpenSAF detects the failure and restart the failed component and be
standby again.
Best regards,
Yanal
