In the API saAmfHealthcheckStart(
     SaAmfHandleT amfHandle,
     const SaNameT *compName,
     const SaAmfHealthcheckKeyT *healthcheckKey,
     SaAmfHealthcheckInvocationT invocationType,
     SaAmfRecommendedRecoveryT recommendedRecovery);

In the third argument pass the configured rdn value of 
SaAmfHealthcheckType i.e "amfHAFDCompHCKey1.3.1".
