Hi Ashish, I had similar problem few times with hanging LOG service in the startup phase. I don't know if it's the same problem as you have.
I cannot remember now (it was long time ago) what is the exact problem. Anyway, my problem was in the installation/configuration of OpenSAF. Maybe these few tips can help you to figure out where your problem is. 1. If you had OpenSAF installed before, but with different version, then check that all libraries from the previous OpenSAF are removed. It may happen that some of old libraries are used instead of new one. 2. Be sure that you don't have OpenSAF libraries installed in more directories, like in /usr/lib and /usr/local/lib/. 3. If you had OpenSAF with earlier release installed in the system, be sure that you have updated LOG classes if there were some changes in LOG classes. That's all that I can come with for now.
