Hi all,

We are using OpenSAF 5.2, and have recently discovered that OpenSAF does not
support Repair at the node level.
The following excerpt comes from the programmers reference manual.

9.4.10

SA_AMF_ADMIN_REPAIRED

Yes, Partly

This administrative operation is applicable to AMF node and service unit. Only
repair of service unit is supported.

So, from a design point of view, are there any recommendations or suggestions
on how to repair a node?
Does OpenSAF support a node that needs repair? Is OpenSAF fully functional in
this case?
Is it possible to query the list of SUs on the node, and perform repair of each
SU?
In short, once the node becomes non-operational, what actions, if any, does
OpenSAF support to get it operational?

Thanks.

Jim
