Hi,

AvA, stands for the 'AMF Agent' library (or the Availability Agent library)
residing within your application process(Modelled as anAMF component).
The message "xxx faulted due to 'avaDown ', means that your application
process has exited(or crashed or got killed), where 'xxx' would be the AMF
component name.
You would have some way to troubleshoot the fault with your application
(say by attaching it to gdb or using your application logs, etc).
The AMF reference manual(part of the opensaf documentation) has a list of
acronyms defined.
