Hello. Looks like the generated RPM are missing some symlinks for opensaf-specific shared libraries. The versioned .so files are installed but not the plain .so file, which is the one used by the compilers to link. This is happening, at least, in NTF and core
$ rpm -qlp opensaf-libs-5.19.10-1.el7.x86_64.rpm /usr/lib64/libopensaf_core.so.0 /usr/lib64/libopensaf_core.so.0.2.0 /usr/lib64/opensaf /usr/lib64/opensaf/libosaf_common.so.0 /usr/lib64/opensaf/libosaf_common.so.0.0.0 $ rpm -qlp opensaf-ntf-libs-5.19.10-1.el7.x86_64.rpm /usr/lib64/libSaNtf.so.0 /usr/lib64/libSaNtf.so.0.1.2 /usr/lib64/opensaf/libntf_common.so.0 /usr/lib64/opensaf/libntf_common.so.0.0.0 /usr/lib64/opensaf/libntfclient.so.0 /usr/lib64/opensaf/libntfclient.so.0.0.0 I see that the plain .so links for the standard SAF libs (say, libsaNtf.so) are created by opensaf-devel RPM package. I'm currently developing a utility using NTF and I was going to use some utility functions found in ntfclient. I assume I'm not expected to link against ntfclient, am I right? Regards.
