Hello, I'm using an older Cryptoflex 32K e-gate and have problems during initialization process. Here's what I'm doing (new card and new session):
$ opensc-tool --list-readers --atr --serial --name -r1 Readers known about: Nr. Driver Name 0 openct OpenCT reader (detached) 1 openct Schlumberger E-Gate 2 openct OpenCT reader (detached) 3 openct OpenCT reader (detached) 4 openct OpenCT reader (detached) 3b:95:18:40:ff:62:01:02:01:04 00 01 36 E3 FF FF 02 00 ..6..... Cryptoflex 32K e-gate $ pkcs15-init --erase-card --use-default-transport-keys -r1 $ pkcs15-init --create-pkcs15 --use-default-transport-keys -r1 New Security Officer PIN (Optional - press return for no PIN). Please enter Security Officer PIN: Please type again to verify: Unblock Code for New User PIN (Optional - press return for no PIN). Please enter User unblocking PIN (PUK): $ pkcs15-init --store-pin --auth-id 01 --label "Mark Mueller" -r1 New User PIN. Please enter User PIN: Please type again to verify: Unblock Code for New User PIN (Optional - press return for no PIN). Please enter User unblocking PIN (PUK): Security officer PIN required. Please enter Security officer PIN: sec.c:204:sc_pin_cmd: returning with: PIN code or key incorrect pkcs15-lib.c:3041:do_get_and_verify_secret: Failed to verify PIN (ref=0x1) Failed to store PIN: PIN code or key incorrect I'm using the Ubuntu Dapper AMD64 packages openct-0.6.7-0opensc1 / opensc-0.11.0-0opensc1 and I get the same results with scb-0.7.exe on a different computer under Windows. The transport key has been successfully verified with opensc-explorer before in a different card session (AUT1). I used "123456" as so-pin and no so-puk and "1234" as user-pin and no user-puk. And yes, I did enter the so-pin correctly at the last command. Any ideas? I did not attach the debugging logs here as they have about 70K.
