It looked like a recent change was introduced into the svn source to use my_getopt.h and strlcpy.h and strlcpy.c
But it looks like the Windows Makefile.mak files where not updated to build strlcpy.obj, or to use my_getopt.h rather then getopt.h I am not sure what the author of these chnages was trying to do, so rather then trying to figure it out, I would hope the author could udate the files for windows.
