[opensc-devel] About TW's Citizen ID card (ticket #30)

Hi, Knowing that ticket 30 is still open, I'd like to be a support for this issue while I am not in charge of that job any more. The test card you need is just any StarCOS 2.3 card which can be personalized by SafeSign software. After being personalized, the StarCOS 2.3 card behaves exactly the same bug as Taiwan's ID card does. If you are able to read the personalized card without errors, I think the OpenSC will work fine for TW's ID card. Also, I am happy to be a tester for your specific modification of OpenSC, which will help programmers a lot in this small island.
