I send him a copy. starcos manuals are not confidential.
simply send g&d a mail and they will answer with a mail
with the document as pdf attachment. I think they also
have the documents on the web somewhere, but can't find
them right now.
smart cards are security products. if the security depends
of the secrecy of the user manual then it isn't secure at
all. but some companies still have no faith in their own
products it seems.
