no,GPL. opensc is and stays under LGPL. but if we have an application
like login, kdm, gdm, konqueror, evolution, and those applications are
GPL (I think all of them are - except evolution maybe), then all libraries they load need to be under a GPL compatible.

currently opensc-pkcs11.so is not, as part of its source is the pkcs11 header file, which has a restriction not found in the GPL and thus
is combining GPL'ed source code and pkcs#11 header files into one
whole (binary) is not allowed.

If we replace the header file, we are compatible, license wise.
