Anybody interested in Python and PC/SC is welcome to review the code

Does anyone have windows and vstudio 2003 available to build a .exe
installer for python2.5 ?
I only have visual studio 2005 and Google suggests that it is not
possible to build python extensions with vs2005 and vs2003 does not
seem to be available any more.
So I'm not able to build it on Windows.
