ok, good. the issues I see for 0.11.3:
 - martins firefox issue (what is the current status? that hack with
   two pkcs#11 libs is still required or did anyone find a nicer solution?)
 - piv support for > 1024 bit keys 
 - version number change

also it would be nice to get some TODO items solved, every helping hand
is very welcome:
 - documentation improvement.
 - implement "--version" in the tools.
 - get rid of the seperate debug and error files (very confusing and not
   very hellpfull for debugging IMO)
 - cardos: how can we detect "this is a hipath initialized card"?
   is there any good field we can look at? what would be the best
   place to do so? where can we store that info (type flag?)
 - cardos: if siemens use decrypt for signing
 - any other open bug, lets get them closed
