Yes these readers seem to have better support in pcsc. I will compare
the APDU data of both as soon as i have the time, to check if the
problems are inside the opensc openct-reader code or inside openct
itself. 

Thanks for your help. I can do the testing of the cards now without
problems using pcsc for 2048 bit cryptoflex cards. I have noticed
another issue with cardos cards which i will describe inside another
mail.
