Yes! In this case, at the very least, also add detect and default yes
for OpenCT.

BUT! This is still the wrong fix, if the problem was described as "it
is possible to build OpenSC without any reader support" - it must be
possible to simply check if either pcsc or openct has been enabled
during configuration - and complain to the user otherwise?
