This is a FTCOS/PK-01C.
The 13th byte in ATR, which is '30' in your card's ATR, represent the
  COS version. This byte and the last 4 bytes can vary in each card, but
  they are all FTCOS/PK-01C.

It's supported in 0.11.8 and later version. No need to modify  
card-entersafe.c.
