FOSDEM is a really nice conference. I attended once nearly 6 years ago,
this is a cool place. It takes place in the university. Entrance is
free.

Sure, I would love to help. We could organize a dev talk, help users
install and configure OpenSC. I think it may be possible to ask for a
meeting room dedicated to smartcards.

Last time I went, I slept in a youth hostel. I will try to find the name
of the hostel. It was really cool and looked more than a hotel. To get
to FOSDEM from France, Germany and UK, the train is the best solution as
commuting is really fast and easy.
