What do you mean by this? It sounds really obnoxious, but I think
there is a language barrier here and I do not want to jump to
conclusions.

I believe that Ludovic keeps the list updated according to testing he
has done himself, as well as input from the community.

Do you have a different understanding?

Again, I believe that is because their products behave as expected
and according to specification, and not because they are paying
someone extra money to get special treatment.

But of course it can cost a little more to develop something that is
actually standards compliant.
