For easily repeatable builds and for the sake of simple nightly builds [1],
I'll do the following changes to the windows makefile based building unless
there are objections:

 * Default will be building the source as it gets packaged by the installer
[2]. This means with OpenSSL and zlib support (libtool/ltdl is not needed)
  * No zlib yet, as I've not yet had time/need to automate it.
 * Default makefiles will have all paths pre-set to the default installation
paths on x86 XP SP3.
 * Setting up the build environment shall be documented on WindowsInstaller
page and be available to everyone (no for-pay stuff like Vistual Studio).
 * Building the MSI will be a separate makefile target (also relying on default
program paths), as well as building the .exe installer
 * MSI related bits to be shifted to /win32 in source from /win32/opensc-msi
and the rest of "building on windows" stuff.
