I tested again today on Win 7 x64:

If you install nightbuild n+1 over nightbuild n, OpenSC will be
uninstalled but still show in the list of installed software.

Yes, this is quite a nasty bug and I could not debug it as I still don't
understand how to compile under Win7 (but I will work on that issue).
