I've been studing opensc-sm branch to port sm_context_t and related structures
to OpenDNIe...
Fortunately for me changes in dnie code are minimal, but...

- As SM branch had no changes in several months, I'm unsure about if I can use
the code
(at least data structures) as "definitive", or should I wait for new commits
into opensc

Any news?. According to roadmap [1] SM is next step... :-). In the meanwhile,
I've been working a lot in commenting, cleanup & test OpenDNIe. You'll like
it :-)

Regards.
