Hi Adam If you are looking for a standalone PKCS#11-library for OpenPGP cards you may try the library that I wrote for the CrytpStick http://www.privacyfoundation.de/crypto_stick/
The CryptoStick is a USB device with a builtin OpenPGP chip so all software for the CryptoStick works with "normal" OpenPGP cards as well. Peter
