In that message thread, it appears that Chipcard::PCSC compiles on Windows Perl with no problems. However version 1.47 does not build on Strawberry Perl 5.10, with the error message: PCSCperl.h:43:24: winscard.h: No such file or directory ( full error trace: http://pastebin.com/1UhQeTYL ) Instead, the only way to build it to work with Strawberry Perl is to use the ActiveState .ppd file and the 1.22 tarball as follows: C:\Users\thequietcenter\prg\CHIPCARD-PCSC>ppm install Chipcard-PCSC.ppd
