FWIW, the iKey 2032 USB token also seems to have a Datakey 330 smartcard
embedded in it (the ATR has the string 'DK330' in the historical bytes along
with vendor id bytes for Datakey).

Googling for:
ATR 3b:ff:13:00:00:81:31:fe:4d:80:25:a0:00:00:00:56:57:44:4b:33:33:30:06:00:d2
says Possibly identified card: Datakey DCOS model 330 (DKCCOS 6.0 token)

Datakey DCOS model 330 (DKCCOS 6.0 token)
Googling for the above leads to:

http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cmvp/documents/140-1/140sp/140sp094.pdf

This is from 2000 so these are old cards, but does say SignaSURE has a
PKCS#11 driver at least for Windows. It also says the card is capable of
of loading EXF files that a vendor may have provided.

(The vendor may have a PIV application as a EXF file, but your card
may or may not have this installed. It may only be installed by the vendor's
card management software. Thus the confusion on the Muscle list.)

This NIST document is interesting, but not enough to information to write
an open source driver for a card that may have additional vendor code
on the card.

Have you contacted the vendor for more information?
