Malcolm the 4th Edition was anounced for 2006 but will now be the upcoming S-101. But the draft was used to harmonize InlandENC and IHO S-57 (now S-101), so I think it would be a good idea to rely on this one. http://www.openecdis.org/files/inlandenc1.3.1.pdf The whole thing is a mess.
