The North Sea is full of them, but I do not render them yet as it causes extreme renderer congestion. The problem is that large SVG files cause Inkscape to outstrip the available memory, therefore tiles take forever to generate. My new renderer, many months away from launch, will overcome this problem by not using Inkscape.
