Great job Malcome preparing the PPWBC notice marks I have just uploaded a few notice marks with this standard. Too early to say how they render, I'll go get some sleep now, heading for a 6 hour watch in less than 3 hours....
Anybody who want to look at it check out http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/14787167 It looks quite messy in JOSM, this might be better on the map, but maybe the category should rather be tagged seamark:notice:category:upstream and seamark:notice:category:downstream since upstream and downstream signs usually are on same sign post?
