In FreeBSD you have to add a line like:

  osmtilemover_enable="YES"

to '/etc/rc.conf' and create a corresponding start script located
at '/usr/local/etc/rc.d/osmtilemover' (see [1]).

If you tell me the which script has to be started, I can create one
for you.
