I don't think that you'll find global bathymetry available anywhere.

In the EU, the INSPIRE project has resulted in the release of some bathymetry 
data in the public domain: un-gridded coastal bathymetry from the United 
Kingdom Hydrographic Office, which is not suitable for navigation, is available 
at http://aws2.caris.com/ukho/mapViewer/map.action - select Bathymetry from the 
drop-down. I presume other European Hydrographic Offices contribute similar 
data. 

You could also have a look at MEDIN: http://www.oceannet.org/finding_data/ , 
though I'm not sure that either of these will give you exactly what you're 
asking for.

Unfortunately, there is no free data for depths between 0 and 200 m. That's one 
of the most important problems of sea map projects.
Probably, at some day the data will be opened.
