Hi Malcom,
Mapnik renders the breakwaters. I found these definitions in [1], and you
can see the correct display in the links of my messages.

Anyhow, you are right: if I go to www.openseamap.org you can see what the
openseamap layer is rendering through the overlay switch.

I'm supposing that OpenSeaMap/OsmAnd is using a different base rendering
(and it looks so).
