What is the correct namespace for OpenSG 2.0? I have heard that it is
supposed to be "OSG", but looking at OSGConfig.h it looks like it is
currently "osg".

# define OSG_BEGIN_NAMESPACE namespace OSG {
# define OSG_END_NAMESPACE }
# define OSG_USING_NAMESPACE namespace OSG {} using namespace OSG;
If it is supposed to be OSG, can we flip the direction of the first
define or should we just remove that define entirely?
