Hi all,

We're having trouble with OpenSG's build-in statistics on Windows.

For instance, if you run "10loading.exe" and enable statistics by pressing
's', then exit by pressing 'esc', it will crash.
It's also crashing our application when one tries to exit with statistics
enabled (we use the SimpleSceneManager).

Not sure if it's helpful, but here's the output for 10loading.exe if you
exit with statistics disabled:

> C:\SDK\OpenSG-2.0-src\build\bin\debugrt>10loading.exe
> WARNING: No file given!
> WARNING: Supported file formats:
> WARNING: osg
> LOG: Found no object named 'Scene'.
> LOG: Found no object named 'TF_DETAIL' (did you load the tie?).
> WARNING: ThreadManager::shutdown: thread [OSGAppThread|02DA8DA8] is still
> alive ([0]).
> WARNING: ThreadManager::shutdown: lock [OSG::Log::_pLogLock|02F9CEC8] is
> still alive
> WARNING: ThreadManager::shutdown: lock [OSGTMStoreLock|02723B88] is still
> alive
>

Now with statistics enabled:

> C:\SDK\OpenSG-2.0-src\build\bin\debugrt>10loading.exe
> WARNING: No file given!
> WARNING: Supported file formats:
> WARNING: osg
> LOG: Found no object named 'Scene'.
> LOG: Found no object named 'TF_DETAIL' (did you load the tie?).
> WARNING: FieldContainerFactoryBase::terminate: Entry [259] is not NULL
> ([02FC47C0]).
> WARNING:   [0] [02FD2848] [Image] [2 0]
> WARNING: FieldContainerFactoryBase::terminate: Entry [260] is not NULL
> ([02FD4B70]).
> WARNING:   [0] [02FD49D0] [TextureObjChunk] [1 0]
