that one goes away when #include "OSGConfig.h" (from which 
OSGConfigured.h, with the OSG_WITH_QT define, is included) is moved 
outside the #ifdef OSG_WITH_QT ;)

I've committed your patch, with some minor tweaks, as r1747, thanks 
again for your work.
