This is now fixed up again. :(

Sorry it took so long.

The source of the problem seems to be some scripts out there that
register hundreds of accounts on the site and somehow overwrite the
old accounts.

To fix this up, I have simply disable new account registration. So
for the time being, if someone wants an account on the trac site
and/or code repository, they will need to contact one of the people
with admin rights (dirk, Gerrit, Carsten, Patrick H, Aron, me) and we
can create the account. Not perfect, but it will work.

In the meantime all the old accounts are enabled but with a new
password. Contact me for your password (I will send a direct mail to
the people above).

As a side note, I think we really need to get someone that can give
the site a bit of TLC to fix it up and get it up to the latest version
of Trac. I am willing to keep providing hosting, but I can't seem to
find the time to administer the site. If anyone is interested, please
contact me. It also may not be a bad idea to think about hosting the
code on a google-code site.
