Hello all,
in preparation for adding the capability to loaded vertex skinned
geometry and animations I've reorganized the collada loader a bit. Some
parts (especially those dealing with materials) have been rewritten and
the generated OpenSG scenes will look a bit different.
The modified code [1] is available in the OpenSGSandbox on github, you
can get a copy with the commands:
git clone git://github.com/vossg/OpenSGSandbox.git
git checkout collada_update
If you give the new code a try and find that it does not load your
models any more, please let me know, so that I can fix the loader. Also,
if you have code that relies on the exact structure of the scenes
created by the loader, please speak up so that we can find a solution.

[1] it does not have anything that deals with animations yet, this is
