I just committed what I consider the non-controversial part, i.e. set
[3][3] = 1 for the 3 Vec3 c'tor and I added a 4 Vec4 c'tor.
Another alternative is to just get rid of the 4 Vec3 c'tor, I don't
think it is all that useful in its current form...
