opensg-users-request,
I am trying to rebuild osgviewer in VC6.0, and meet not defined
errors.
In osgqtwindowdatafields.h
Compiling "struct OSG_WINDOWQTLIB_DLLMAPPING
FieldDataTraits<OSGQGLWidgetP> :"
It saids OSGQGLWidgetP not define. However, it was defined in
OSGQGLWidget_qt.h.
The source also includes this file.
This kind of error happens at several files.
Some suggestions?
Sure, get a new compiler. ;)
But seriously, as described in our requirements
(http://www.opensg.org/prerequisites.EN.html), OpenSG doesn't work with
the VC6 compiler. You need to use the Intel compiler with VC6, or use VC7
or greater. The VC6 compiler just implemets too little of the C++ standard
to support OpenSG, and believe us, we tried hard to make it work.
Sorry
Dirk
