I looked at the code again, and you're right, the version of the VRML
loader in 1.2.0 doesn't support TextureTransform. There is an
experimental one (that will become official in 1.3), that does, though.

You need to pass --enable-gv-beta to configure and use a relative
current version of the source to make that one the default.
