You can use cygwin to use the Unix build environment to build the
examples using make and the VS.Net compiler. If you want to use VS.Net
IDE you would need to build your own solutions. To do that, start with
one of the tutorial solutions, don't start from scratch, as there are
quite a bunch of options that you have to set to make it work.
