Hi Jean-Marie,
did you call setReadWriteDefault() before osgInit() ?
No :-) ... Here is the solution !
Thanks
Jean-Marie
ChangeList::setReadWriteDefault();
osgInit(argc, argv);

Hi Dirk,
Sorry to be so late to answer but I found out the problem :
Actually, my application used two OpenSG threads (one for glut and an
other for my application) with two differents aspect ids. So the
glut thread called the apply method from the change list of the
application thread to update the the current scene graph.
ok, sounds good so far.
But in the latest version, it does not work. I don't know if it is a
bug but I wanted to signal you this change.
Ouch! That sounds pretty bad. This is a pretty central part of OpenSG,
so I'd be pretty surprised if it didn't work anymore. Are you using
begin/endEdits in all the right places?
Yes. But even if I didn't used properly the apply method,
I tested the different sizes of the changelist and they were empty.
So...?
Did you have the same problem ?
Now, I 'm using only one aspect id and that works very well !!!
OK, as long as you only change things in one thread that shouldn't
hurt.
If you do, things might get undefined and in the worst case even crash,
just watch out.
Thanks a lot for getting back to us with the solution, it's always a
little disconcerting if people have a problem and are never seen again.
;)

Dirk
