Hi Enrico,

3D textures are supported in the TextureChunk. There is a node core
called "Slices" which does simple direct volume rendering of a
3d image by generating semi-transparent slices through a 3D texture.
There is a test program "testSlices.cpp" in
Source/System/NodeCores/Drawables/Misc/

hi all opensg users,
i was wondering if 3D textures where supported in OpenSG. I want to use
them to build a 3D noise map to simulate metal flakes, following an
NVIDIA example.
