I just compiled the current dailybuild dist tutorial projects, and they
seem to work fine. The only problem is that VS8 doesn't seem to come
with the Platform SDK (which contains such useful things as windows.h, I
don't understand how it works without it, but that's how it is). I used
the files from the VS.Net 7 installation, which work fine.
In my beta version there is also no SDK, but you can download the
standalone platform SDK, this works fine.
