Hi *,

as I run the 08coresdemo3.cpp example I got the following error:

Error could not add node named Woman
Error could not add node named FACESET_Woman
.
.
.
I use the Beta VRML-Loader from Geritt Voss (gv_beta). My osg-config
--cflags are:

 -D_GNU_SOURCE -DQT_CLEAN_NAMESPACE -DOSG_WITH_GLUT -DOSG_WITH_QT
-DOSG_WITH_TIF -DOSG_WITH_JPG -DOSG_WITH_PNG -DOSG_WITH_GIF
-D_OSG_HAVE_CONFIGURED_H_ -DOSG_GV_BETA -DQT_NO_XINERAMA -DQT_NO_XRENDER
-DQT_NO_XFTFREETYPE -DQT_NO_XKB -DQT_NO_SM_SUPPORT -DQT_NO_IMAGEIO_MNG
-DQT_NO_IMAGEIO_JPEG -DQT_NO_STYLE_AQUA -DQT_NO_STYLE_MAC
-DQT_NO_STYLE_INTERLACE -DQT_NO_STYLE_COMPACT -ansi -use_readonly_const
-ftemplate-depth-100 -g -DOSG_DEBUG -I/project/OpenSG/v1.4/include

Hmm no geometry is found. What could happened??? After the dcast:

     GeometryPtr::dcast(womanGeometry->getCore());

the programm crashes.

As I use the binary OSG Version in a similar way:

        http://www.opensg.org/downloads/OpenSG-1.4.0-suse8.1-opt.tgz

the Example do what it should do, LOD in the background and a woman
infront, which is scale-, transform- and rotate-able.

But what with the gv_beta and faceset????

Marc
