Short version:
That is not an error, that is just a warning which you can safely
ignore. Have you tried using the libraries you built?
Long version:
Since EditAndContinue is specified, one must use incremental linking.
The linker simply ignores the fact that incremental is disabled. To make
the warning disappear, change that setting in the project files, or
change the debug info to 'program database' _without_ edit and continue,
which makes more sense for mere users of the library anyway.
