The main problem with Visual Studio is that the interface for
configurations is HUGE. We don't have a list of all the options that you
need to set, your best bet is to start with an existing project and
change that to include the changes you need for MFC.

We have an example for MFC in the current CVS that can probably get you
started. Right now you'll have to get into CVS
(http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=5283) to get it. I've put a zip of
that code at
http://www.vrac.iastate.edu/~dreiners/OpenSG_MFC_Example.zip for your
convenience.
