Hi all,
i want to build a cluster setup with two servers and one client.
The servers should run asynchronously, i.e. they should render each at
independent framerates. Therefore i started with the
testClusterAsyncServer.cpp from the sources.
My Questions are:
1. Is testClusterAsyncServer.cpp working correctly? Has anybody tried
this test? When i start it together with testClusterClient it seems not
to work as expected.
2. Is there a way to turn off the default swap-lock mechanism
which synchronizes the servers and the client, so that one server doesn
´t have two wait for the others?
3. I have tried to set #define FAST_SYNC 1 in the File
OSGMultiDisplayWindow.cpp and recompiled.
But it seems not to work...
Is there something wrong in the MultiDisplayWindow::serverSwap - Method
when setting FAST_SYNC to 1?
any suggestions and help are very welcome
