Hi,

vsnprintf is actually available on Win32 (as _vsnprintf). Currently, it is not used (since OSG_HAS_VSNPRINTF)* *isn't defined for the windows build and I get access violations compiling a vertex program with a lot of warnings (i.e. more text than the 4k buffer holds.)
