I am on Kubuntu and compiled OpenSG from the source tarball and
installed it.
When I go into the Tutorials directory and type
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}:/usr/local/lib/dbg/
make
(as the tutorial tells to do) I get this output / error message:

What could cause this?
