Hi Simon,

quite strange on my 64bit linux I use bison 2.1 on my old 32bit linux bison 1.28 and on my windows machine bison 1.875b without any problems.

Andreas

hi matthias

thanks for your reply.

we just had the solution a few days ago:

yes, i saw this mail and made extra sure bison and flex are installed:

$ flex -V --> flex 2.5.31
$ bison -V --> bison (GNU Bison) 1.875

they are both in the global path.

in contrast to the post by monika krug, my error does not contain "bison: command not found"...

does opensg need a more recent version of bison? on my laptop, i have bison 2.1 and there the opensg installation was successful (gentoo linux).

thanks & regards,
simon
