Opaque. The reason transparent objects are handled differently is
because they depend on the contents of the framebuffer. The result of
the colormasked rendering doesn't depend on specific ordering. The rest
does, so the way you use the colormask would be a "negative" sorting,
where colormasked stuff is rendered first. But that's a very special
case, and using the sortkey should work for it.
